Creation of level 2.5 wings

To create your lvl 2.5 wing you will use the following items
- x1 Jewel of Chaos
- x1 Jewel of Creation
- x1 wing level 2 at least +7+4
- x1 wing material 2.5

Having these items in hand just go to NPC Chaos Globin in Noria and select the 1st option
